apartments, on tennyson road just before 4. when they arrived they found a male victim let been shot. police identified the victim as 24 year old man from oakland. >> he was taken to the hospital for treatment. >> the suspect is still on the run. >> police said the victim went to the apartment, because he had some sort of dispute with a resident there. >> officers did not say much about the suspect because the investigation is still ongoing. they have a good idea of who he may be and are following up on several leads. police said the victims' injuries were not life-threatening. >> a guilty plea from a convicted felon suspected of running an illegal gun operation out of this san mateo home. >> 35 year-old antonio infanrte faces up to 10 years in prison after police found several weapons including an assault rifle during a raid last friday.
